It's the series of pictures taken along the direct route from North to South through Saint-Petersburg. There are areas of three hundred years of Russian history expressed in architecture and people's daily life. The Pulkovo Observatory was choosen as the reference point for the project. The meridian of the same name that crosses it devides the city into two approximately equal parts.
